Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued for the unused portion of a subscription associated with a banned account. However, a 12.5% processing fee will be deducted. This fee covers administrative costs related to processing the refund and enforcing platform policies.
Refund Limitations: Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method on file. If the bank account is closed or the payment method is no longer valid, we cannot issue a refund.
